These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and communications provided by Light N Up Inc. ("Light N Up," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  1. OUR SERVICES
    Light N Up provides professional lighting installation and related services, including consultations, estimates, scheduling, and ongoing customer support. Specific services, pricing, and timelines are described in the quote or service agreement provided to you. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

  2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF THE SITE
    You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting any form on our website, and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

  3. QUOTES, BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
    Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Bookings are confirmed once scheduled by Light N Up. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are set out in your individual quote or service agreement. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

  4. TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
    By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website or forms, you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Light N Up Inc. at the number provided. Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

 

Types of messages: Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include promotional and marketing messages (such as seasonal offers, discounts, and service announcements) and/or transactional and service messages (such as appointment reminders, quotes, scheduling confirmations, and job updates).

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages from Light N Up at the number you provided.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Light N Up is not responsible for any message or data charges incurred.

How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data use are described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Light N Up name and branding, is the property of Light N Up Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.     Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light N Up Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or messaging program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

  4. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light N Up Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.

  5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
